Welcome to the website of the Fleet Street Strollers Cricket Club. The club was founded by journalists on the London Evening News in 1976 and now visits some of the most pleasant club and village grounds in the Home Counties. There are tours every year - to the Cotswolds in June, the delights of central Brittany in high summer, rural Derbyshire over the August Bank Holiday and other occasional destinations. All cricketers are welcome - you don’t have to be a journalist to join. Come and take a look inside...

STOP PRESS: Players still needed for next Sunday's game at Ascot - please offer your services to DLR to avert a crisis...The club is sad to announce the death of Chris Locke, a great friend of the Strollers and a regular at our dinners over the years. Chris played over 50 games for the Strollers in the early days and then became the main man behind one of our opponents - The Bricklayer’s Arms. He will be greatly missed on the fields of London and at his Bricklayer’s home from home; see Latest News...
